Race Sport Lighting backs up all our products with a warranty period of at least 1-year, and some items even more than that and up to lifetime warranty. If you are experiencing issues with one of products, we encourage you to call our tech support first at 847-327-0073 ext. 3 to troubleshoot and review your issue. If tech support agrees you have a problem with your item, then we will quickly guide you to follow our return process.
Step 1 – Go to RMA Request link in our Customer Support links at the bottom of the website. Login and Enter your account info, and add your items to the form. If you do not have a login, you must register to receive approval for your login in.
Step 2 – After you hit submit on your RMA portal, it will generate a print page with your RMA #, and send to instructions. Print out that page, follow the instructions on the page, and ship the box to our location. (If you are struggling to use the portal, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org)
Step 3 – This step is on us. We will receive your suspect item back, test it, and replace as necessary to send you a brand new part. (Wholesale customers will receive a credit memo toward future purchases.)
